Appointments
We do our very best to get you the appointment you want, however, be aware that since this practice focuses on exotic pets, we book out appointments several days in advance. Saturday fills up especially fast.
We work very hard to accomodate emergencies as well as keeping appointments running on time. If you want to get your animal in for a check-up, please call 3 to 5 days in advance of the specific date you want. If you think your animal may need to see a doctor, please call us as soon as you notice something is wrong. Waiting can cause a minor problem to become a larger and more expensive emergency.
If you have an emergency, please call us immediately and we’ll do our best to help you and your pet.
Pet Consultations
We provide consultation services for veterinarians both locally and out of state. If you live far from us and have a difficult medical problem with your exotic pet, you may have your veterinarian contact us at our email address or business phone number. We can review records and lab tests from your vet, and provide expert advice. There is a $30.00 fee per case (not per call, so no repeat fees are charged with multiple calls on a case). We bill the veterinarian who requests the consultation, and typically the vet passes the cost along to the pet owner.

This list does not constitute a full list of services and treatments that can be done at our office. This is just a base guideline. If you have questions about the exact cost of your visit, please request an estimate at that time. We cannot give an accurate estimate until the doctor sees your pet and determines what is wrong and what can be done.

We only board medical need pets. These prices do not include the cost of treatments, food provided by the clinic & medications provided by the clinic at the time of boarding.
